Gepp Solicitors request that recruitment agencies do not submit CVs in respect of the roles advertised on this website on a speculative basis, unless previously asked to do so by our HR Manager. If and when agency involvement is required on a particular campaign, our HR Manager will contact an agency directly in order to request assistance.
Gepp Solicitors will not recognise any CV submissions related to unsolicited applications and no agency fees will apply in relation to such submissions. If an agency submits an unsolicited CV to any partner or employee of our firm directly, we will not accept any liability for commissions or other charges if we subsequently employ that candidate at that time or subsequently or whether directly or through another agency. Where an agency’s correspondence contains a disclaimer indicating otherwise, our policy will prevail in this regard.
