Stuart Tyler

Prior to joining Gepp Solicitors, Stuart completed his training contact in 2020 and practiced as a Family Solicitor predominantly in North Essex where he gained the foundations of his family law experience.

Stuart has a high level of knowledge and experience in dealing with all aspects of Family Law, including divorce proceedings, complex financial matters involving high net worth assets, complex Child Arrangements Orders, separation, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and various experience with Injunctive Proceedings. Stuart also has experience with representing client’s at either the Magistrates Court or the County Court in respect of Private Children Law Proceedings.

Stuart has a robust, but empathetic approach to client’s issues. Stuart strives to provide clients with constructive, proactive, but honest advice regarding their matter. Stuart understands the importance of excellent client communication and is versatile and adaptable with a positive attitude.
