Sanjay Makwana

Sanjay Makwana joined Gepp Solicitors in July 2022 and is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team.

Sanjay studied law at the University of Hertfordshire prior to completing the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. Sanjay has since developed his knowledge and expertise in the field of commercial property at regional law firms in Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex.

Sanjay advises a varied array of clients on a range of commercial property matters which include acquisitions, disposals, leases, options and overage agreements to mention but a few. Sanjay has also acted on behalf of lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions. In addition, Sanjay also supports the commercial team on property related aspects of corporate transactions.
