Elizabeth Bradshaw is Head of our Crime and Military Law Department. She oversees the team on all aspects of criminal advocacy, ensuring every client receives the best representation and service possible. Liz has been successfully representing Gepp Solicitors’ clients since 2003.

Criminal Law

R v P & other – representing in a case with an alleged half million pound fraud, this involved extensive financial investigation and expert evidence leading to a successful acquittal.

R v S – client successfully acquitted after 3 day trial concerning an allegation of aggravated offence from the Dangerous Dog Act 1991.

R v D – successful defence of a couple alleged to have dishonestly obtained benefits of over £20,000. Both Defendants were acquitted and formal not guilty verdicts entered.

R v F – case dismissed following legal argument surrounding Dangerous Dog Act 1991 offence – Defendant acquitted.

R v G – client acquitted of sexual assault following extensive and thorough preparation for trial.
