- 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath,
- 80 milligrams per 100 millilitres of blood or
- 107 milligrams per 100 milligrams of urine.
Drink Driving Statistics:
In July 2024, the Government released their latest data on Drink Driving in the UK, estimating the months that collisions and casualties would be at their highest.
December was estimated at a total of 380 collisions and 550 casualties, with June leading the board at 430 collisions and 630 casualties.
In addition, the Government published their estimations on the time-of-day people are most likely to be involved fatal crashes, with 21:00 – 23:00 being the prime time, totalling an estimate of 60 fatalities in just 2 hours.
