Victoria Bibby joined the firm in February 2024 and is an Associate within the Private Client team.

Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and prior to joining Gepp, worked for a firm in Colchester, specialising in Private Client for many years.

Victoria takes an organised, professional, yet personal approach to her work and is dedicated to providing a clear, accurate and efficient service to both clients and professional contacts.

Specialisms

Victoria advises on and prepares Wills for clients with varying needs, from Wills prepared under charity schemes, to standard simple Wills for individuals or couples, to more complex Wills containing Lifetime or Discretionary Trusts.

Victoria has many years of experience of managing and administering Trust and Attorney matters and in particular, liaising with Trustees and dealing with professional contacts, such as financial planners and wealth managers.

Victoria has administered many types of estates over the years, including straightforward probate applications, intestate estates, and complex and high wealth estates. Victoria can assist from the start of the administration through to the conclusion of the matter.

Victoria can advise and assist clients with preparing Lasting Power of Attorney documents for their property and financial affairs, for health and welfare purposes or for both.

  • Victoria is a qualified Dementia Friend, which she has found to be invaluable when supporting elderly clients and liaising with their families.
