Simi joined Gepp Solicitors in September 2026 and works as a Title Checker within our Residential Property team.
Simi graduated from the University of Kent with a Law degree in 2022. Following her studies, she gained several years’ experience working as a Paralegal within the conveyancing department of a high street law firm in Chelmsford.
Alongside developing her practical experience, Simi has continued her legal studies and is currently completing her SQE at the University of Law in London, having also undertaken postgraduate study.
In her role at Gepp Solicitors, Simi assists with a range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold purchases, transfers of equity, and the purchase and sale of land.
She draws on both her academic background and previous conveyancing experience to support clients throughout their property transactions.
Outside of work, Simi enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves travelling. Bali and Dubai are among her favourite destinations.
