Sarah Field joined Gepp Solicitors in 2020 and is a Trust and Estate Executive within the Private Client team.

Sarah initially joined the private client team as a Tax Administration Assistant in 2020 working closely with Marc Dorsett and is now a Trust and Estate Executive. She had previously established a managerial role in the world of books. Prior to pursuing that career, Sarah studied History at Anglia Ruskin University.

Sarah takes a proactive approach to her work and prides herself in delivering a high level of client care.

Specialisms

Trusts

Sarah has a good knowledge of trust taxation and administration. This includes the relevant tax treatment for different types of trusts, completing trust tax returns and registering the trusts with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service.

Probate

Sarah deals with all aspects of probate and estate administration matters from the initial meeting with the family, submitting grant applications, administering the estate, dealing with the period of administration tax, distributing the estate and preparing estate administration accounts.
