Katie joined Gepp Solicitors in 2020 as a Licensed Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing team.

Katie started her career in conveyancing in 2006, working for a national house builder in their legal department. Katie went on to qualify as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2011. She chose on the job training as opposed to university which has given her years of hands-on experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing. Katie has worked in firms both in Essex and London.

Katie is approachable, friendly and calm while remaining professional. This well equips her in providing advice to clients and dealing with the, sometimes, stressful and time sensitive conveyancing transactions.
