She works within Bakshi Dhanda’s team. She assists with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property, as well as remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
Kah Yet is highly organised and has great attention to detail. She prides herself on keeping clients informed of any issues or potential hurdles as soon as they arise, well before the formal reporting stage. She believes early and transparent communication is key to managing clients’ expectations.
Kah Yet is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She has a good command of Malay.
