Josh Fresle

Josh is an Assistant Solicitor in the employment and company commercial team, having qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.

Josh joined Gepps in 2018 as a member of the admin / facilities team before becoming a Paralegal in our residential conveyancing team in December 2018. He then commenced his training contract with the firm in 2021.

Josh graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with First Class Honours in Law in 2018 and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP with a distinction in 2023.

Josh takes a proactive approach which assists him in providing a high-quality service for clients. Josh understands the importance of excellent client communication and is versatile and adaptable with a positive attitude.

• Assisted a company director in relation to a buyback of shares and the termination of another director’s appointment, achieving a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
• We acted for an employee whose employer had subjected them to discrimination arising from ill-health. We helped by progressing without prejudice negotiations with our client’s employer and achieved a positive outcome for our client.
• Represented an employee in the Employment Tribunal bringing a claim against their employer for unfair dismissal and discrimination.
