Jemma joined Gepp Solicitors in 2007 and is a Senior Paralegal in our Employment team.
Upon leaving college, Jemma completed her Pitman Legal Secretarial course at merit level and came to work for Gepp Solicitors as a legal assistant starting off in our civil litigation team.
After five years, Jemma had a break and went to work in London for 2 years gaining experience in the commercial law sector. Upon returning to Gepps, Jemma joined the employment team, working for the Head of employment as a Legal Assistant.
Jemma has since undergone her paralegal training via CILEx and has gained a distinction at Level 3 in Employment Law and has a Certificate in Law & Practice in Civil Litigation, gaining a distinction in 3 modules. She has since been recognised for her hard work and dedication to the firm and now undertakes the role of a Senior Paralegal.
Jemma is an integral part of the employment team and assists with complex cases from drafting documents, preparing a case for Trial and liaising with clients. Jemma will often be involved with cases from the beginning to end and is heavily involved in the preparation of cases that run to Tribunal.
Jemma prides herself in being able to stay calm under pressure. With tight deadlines she is able to approach tasks diligently and calmly. She is very approachable and strives to help clients through their matters.
