Farhad qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and specialises in family matters. He has built up a wealth of experience in all areas of family law. Before joining Gepps, Farhad was a supervisor at a reputable family firm.

Farhad has a particular experience in children matters, being recognised as a Children Panel member for his continued experience in this field and is a member of Resolution. He deals with all aspects of family law relating to children, including contact / residence disputes, adoption and Special guardianship orders.
Farhad specialises in complex financial matters within a divorce, including high-net worth assets, negotiating and drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Farhad has extensive experience in complex cases involving off-shore trusts, family businesses and inherited wealth. He has built a wealth of experience in this area, building a strong network of experts and professional contacts, including financial advisors, pension experts, barristers and mortgage brokers.

Financial settlement for children- Under the provisions of Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989, parents (married and unmarried) can make applications for financial provision for their dependent children, dealing with housing, capital and maintenance.If you are separating and have children, you may be entitled to make claims on behalf of your children for maintenance, school fees, capital and housing. Farhad has considerable experience representing clients throughout the proceedings until a final decision has been made by the court, but can also assist clients, ‘behind the scenes’ whether they are seeking to reach an agreement directly with their former partner or representing themselves in court.
