Since 2012, he has specialised in all aspects of property law and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2018 through CILEx.
Before joining Gepp Solicitors, Daniel previously worked at well-regarded regional firms, focusing on commercial property law with an extensive portfolio that includes the grant of new commercial leases, sales and purchases of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, promotion agreements, overage agreements, conditional contracts, commercial mortgages, and deed of easements.
His clients are primarily based in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas, and he places a high value on maintaining strong local relationships. Daniel takes pride in a proactive, client-focused approach, ensuring clients are well-informed and empowered throughout each step of their transaction. Previous clients have noted his attention to detail, clarity in communication, and dedication to achieving their objectives.
