Bailey joined Gepp Solicitors in June 2026 as a Conveyancing Assistant, having graduated with a Law degree from the University of Essex in 2023.
As part of the Residential Conveyancing team, Bailey assists with a wide range of residential property transactions, supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
Bailey understands that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and stressful. He is committed to providing a friendly, efficient and approachable service, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their transaction. He values clear communication and takes pride in helping matters progress as smoothly as possible.
