Gepp Solicitors is proud to announce that Marc Dorsett has joined the firm’s equity partnership.
Marc joined the firm in 2015, becoming Tax Director in 2018. Marc is highly regarded for advising on complex aspects of taxation including, Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts and Stamp Duty Land Tax advice. He is adept at breaking complicated tax laws down into understandable language.
Marc will be the firm’s first non-lawyer equity partner in its 250+ year history following the firm’s recent conversion to an ABS (Alternative Business Structure), meaning the firm can have non-lawyers in its ownership and management structure. Marc became an Equity Partner on 1 April 2024.
