Gepp Solicitors is proud to announce that Keri Constantatou has been promoted to Equity Partner and Head of our Agricultural & Rural Land / Commercial Property Team.
Keri advises on a wide range of rural issues including the development of farmland and reserving development value, easements, promotion and option agreements, overage agreements as well as refinancing farms and land and all matters relating to freehold and leasehold property work for farmers and rural landowners. Keri joined Gepp in 2007 and became partner in 2019.
