I am delighted announce that Sarah Overy has now completed her accreditation as a Family Mediator and she is now certified as a scheme member recognised by the Law Society.
Sarah has been able to undertake mediation for some time, and has considerably assisted a number of parties in reaching an agreement in relation to issues concerning children, finance or both, following the breakdown in their relationships.
This is an important part of the service offered by the family team as it enables couples to reach agreement more quickly and cost effectively than the court process and in a way which is usually less confrontational and more dignified for those involved.
