Four members of the Gepp Solicitors team took part in the Chelmsford Legal Walk on Thursday evening, joining legal professionals from across the area to raise funds in support of free legal advice and access to justice.
The walk was officially started by The High Sheriff of Essex, Susannah Dutton, before Julie, Kayleigh, Emily and Alex set off on the six-mile route, completing the walk in 1 hour and 55 minutes despite the hot summer conditions.
Starting at Trinity Chambers on Moulsham Street, the route took walkers through Central Park and West Park before heading into the countryside around Writtle. The walk finished back at Trinity Chambers, where drinks and pizzas were waiting for the walkers.
The Chelmsford Legal Walk brought together the local legal community to raise funds for free legal advice and access to justice. The event’s fundraising supports work that empowers individuals, strengthens communities and helps ensure people have the opportunity to seek justice.

Organised by Fisher Jones Greenwood, the event saw professionals from law firms and chambers across the area come together to support an important cause.
We were delighted to take part and support the Chelmsford Legal Walk – and, after six miles in the heat, the refreshments at the finish were very welcome!
